Terms & Conditions
- FTP (Firsttrip Points) is awarded only after the successful completion of payment.
- FTP is calculated based solely on the base fare. The following are excluded from earning:
- Taxes
- Surcharges
- Reissue or refund fees
- Add-ons and third-party charges (e.g., visa processing, insurance)
- Minimum redemption threshold: 50 FTP
- FTP Value: 1 FTP = BDT 1 (non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash)
- FTP Validity: Points remain valid for 365 days from the date of your first ticket purchase.
- FT Tier Eligibility: Determined based on cumulative base fare spent over a rolling 365-day period.
- Users must be logged into their registered Firsttrip account to earn or redeem FTP.
- If a booking is canceled or refunded, earned FTP will be revoked accordingly.
- No FTP will be earned on transactions made using 100% coupon codes or gift cards.
- Tier upgrades and downgrades are automatic and recalculated annually based on FTP activity.
- Suspicious activity or misuse of the program may lead to account suspension or forfeiture of the FTP.
- FTP cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred between accounts.
- FT benefits (including redemption and tier perks) cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or offers unless explicitly mentioned.
- Travel agents, corporate accounts, or group users are not eligible to earn FT points under a single user account.
- Visa fee waivers apply only to the account holder and cannot be extended to family, friends, or other travelers.
- Firsttrip reserves the right to modify or discontinue the FT Club program or any of its benefits at any time, without prior notice.
